About The Service

Be Well Physical Therapy offers vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT)—a specialized form of physical therapy focused on the assessment and treatment of disorders affecting the vestibular system, including dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and motion sensitivity.

Following a comprehensive evaluation, our clinicians develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific vestibular dysfunction. Common diagnoses we treat include benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), post-concussion syndrome, and other peripheral vestibular disorders.

Treatment often includes gaze stabilization exercises, habituation techniques, and balance and postural control training aimed at promoting central compensation and improving functional mobility. Our goal is to reduce symptoms, improve gaze and gait stability, and help patients safely return to their normal activities.

Vestibular therapy is evidence-based, non-invasive, and can significantly improve outcomes for patients with vestibular system impairments.
